9. The deep abiding anger of the Legislators I know is at a level I haven't seen before.

They were disgusted and angry before, but now it is blazing. This is going to linger long after the virus begins to fade. Everybody is up in 2022 and this is going to really motivate the party as a whole. Already Metro area state Senators in very safe districts are looking at where they can send money to hurt the most.
