3. We don't exempt churches exempt from building codes. Why exempt them from Covid safety rules?

This is a health regulation that applies to everyone. There is no rational reason to exempt churches.

Churches have been well documented as coronavirus superspreaders. South Korea traced a major outbreak in its country to an evangelical church. Singing in close quarters indoors showers everyone there with respiratory droplets.
