But I am absolutely addicted to La Victoria Chile Verde Enchilada Sauce.

Heck, I dip bacon in the stuff. We have a guy at our Friday Farmers' Mkt who has bacon that is so good we call it "crack". His chickens are the best, too, but they cost $24.

The reason I have stuck with Pace for all these years is because the Pace family and ours go waaay back. Only today did I realize it is part of Campbell's.

I just checked my pantry, and the only pre-packaged foods were spices and enchilada sauce. I already poured the pace into my worm bin. We even press our own olive oil. We buy local dairy products, vegetables and fruit from farmers and dairies we know, personally. We grow our own, as well.

Gee, until I got into this thread I had know idea how organic our household is. We just live in a place where we can do all of this without really trying too hard.

I do, however, consume copious amounts of pre-packaged libations (we make our own wine, tho).
