12. If the Chump family members just called them "gifts" there's no fraud

The fraud is in the way he claims they're business expenses and therefore not taxable. If Chump had paid his taxes like a normal American, he'd be free to give gifts to his children from the already-taxed income.

But ... this is Chump we're talking about. Yeah, nope! It's definitely fraud.
