If Carson had to get tRump's permission to receive the drug that means he determines life or death for Americans.

If this is true tRump is no longer a president and we are no longer a Democracy. Sounds like he's rekindled his love affair with Kim Jong-Un and is now patterning his decries after the N Korean dictator.
Since when do people who are not physicians determine the course of treatment like this?
