Scrooge may be filthy rich but he got there by hard work and valuing frugality and industriousness; more, at the core, he's an honorable duck (at least in modern interpretations).

He'd consider Trump an waste of space and a lousy businessman. I mean really....do you see Scrooge declaring bankruptcy for his businesses?
