...she will have no legal standing. If she persists in denying the Ascertainment, the Biden Team will sue the GSA* to sign-off on Ascertainment, and will win handily.

Emily Murphy, who is a partisan, lying, sack-of-shit will claim she is just trying to do the right thing. Which is bullshit.

You notice, that Murphy does not answer any questions, ESPECIALLY the question about whether or not she has discussed the Ascertainment, or lack thereof, with ANYONE in the White House. Murphy knows once she answers, she could be subject to legal sanctions, as she is an attorney, after all.
