Sure, Flynn won't have to serve time.

But by accepting a pardon, he will forego his Fifth Amendment rights and will have to testify truthfully about ANYTHING.

This principle applies to ANYONE that Trump pardons.

NOTE TO DU LEGAL EAGLES: Please correct me if I'm wrong. I think I learned these facts from you guys.
