I'm not sure it would survive a challenge. Would probably require an amendment to work.

If we get the Senate in the Georgia run-offs, it can be new legislation without being an amendment.

Yes but consider. Presidential eligibility requirements are spelled out in the Constitution.

I don't believe that is constitutional. The requirements are laid out in the Constitution.
