I'm also thinking of the possible venues.

January 20. Two-thirds of the U.S. will be experiencing freezing weather, some with precipitation. Does Trump want to stand outside and rally his troops under those circumstances? And even if he goes South, the crowds he anticipates that will show up for him (e.g., Miami) will not match those for Joe's inauguration.

As usual, I don't think he's thought this all out.
