get inaugurated, and then let him discuss all this with his Attorney General. There cannot be any prosecution without investigations, grand juries and all of the other factors that go into it.

There may be state prosecutions, and there is very likely to be resignation and pardon of Trump by Pence. It is too early to begin talking about prosecuting Trump in any real sense.

I encourage patience and avoidance of attacking Biden before he is even inaugurated. I mean, really, folks...
