I live in the tropics and I visit with my four closest friends twice a wee. We sit outdoors six feet apart, but none of us go hardly anywhere but occasionally grocery store or to a restaurant outdoors on the beach where everyone wears masks. Ppl in this community are very pro mask and distancing, so we feel pretty safe we also observe the rules. I realize we are very fortunate to have weather that allows us to do these things. But now I feel guilty reading your post.
