With "Neo-Coptic Zoroastrian Druid." One of the job interviewers asked him what that meant. He told them, honestly - since he really wanted that job - that he was actually atheist but people tended to react negatively to that, so he made up a religion that was a complete absurd amalgamation.

The interviewer was amused and he got the job.
