Press releases are meaningless.

Plus, it's pathetic how his release attributes the decision of the PA Supreme Court to partisanship while ignoring the decision of the US Court of Appeals consisting of three Republicans, including a Trump nominee that Cruz voted to confirm (and who wrote the opinion) that tossed a Pennsylvania election challenge.

I met him right after he was elected when it looked like I might have to deal with him on an issue for a client. He took a different committee assignment and I never had to meet with him again. I was very happy with that result because it was clear in the first instant that he was slimy as hell.
