19. Yeah, it's definitely bizarre and raises a red flag.

To answer your question, I think it's just a way to control the people who attend church services.

I did some research today and found that donald had once been a guest on Paula's tv show some years ago, so they've known each other for some time now. I found it interesting because at the time, they both seemed like normal people.
