cops seemed to be. Gotta say dude was totally in control of the situation. He TOLD them what he was going to do. No I'm not putting my hands on the steering wheel and you are not acting civilly. AND I am going to drive away. Not one shot fired. Even though I had my hand on my gun and threatened to shoot you, said it more than once. Nah, I'm not a threat. Its not like I'm a black guy and you THOUGHT I had a gun. OR I was running away with my back turned, Then I'd be a REAL threat. That's how it works. See. These guys get it.
