I get that the SC sided with Democracy. YES that is a good thing. But the whole point of the post was WHO mentioned it.

Why is the Texas GOP Chairman excited about it?

Does he think Texas got away with something?

I was just wondering if this was a deeper issue than Yeah for Democracy.
