4. Biden should test the pardon power by revoking Trump's corrupt pardons

If Trump pardon's himself, that needs to be tested,

If Trump continues to pardon associates and any others for a corrupt purpose - political gain, avoidance of accountability for himself or his family, payoff for loyalty, whatever, then that needs to be tested.

If the Supreme Court sides with Biden and allows to pardons to be nullified, then good. If not then Biden can proceed to do anything that Trump was allowed to do. That may create support for constitutional amendment to change the pardon power.
