5. Biden won't be doling out punishment to tRump for any reason. Not his job

Leniency for what? I agree tRump's committed a million crimes but it will never be Biden that decides what happens about that. Justice Dept. is where to look for remedy, and that's before tRump tries to pardon himself and the entire repug party.
