To do things like appoint a special prosecutor to go after Biden's son so he can then use it to promote his propaganda, and deflect the investigations of him and his family's tax fraud cases he knows will be heading their way. He often uses this tactic to use to further his wild claims and propaganda with, only now he's trying to use the DOJ as his weapon, again. Barr likely refused . Rosen does this he could be in trouble very soon. republicans allowing this by doing nothing are digging their holes deeper. Will Mitch speak up against trump when he does this, I doubt it, but hope I'm wrong.
