but not so much for indictments, even Rosen should know that indictments come from grand juries, not prosecutors.

Rosen's job, as I see it, will be to leak as much as possible on any investigation into Hunter Biden, albeit selected information to make President Elect Biden to at least have to make a statement. Any statement then gets used by the right as talking points into just how corrupt an incoming Biden Administration will be.

It's purely political. Maybe that was a line Barr wouldn't cross. Doubt it, but maybe.
