were around any other people at all, anywhere, during the two weeks or so before she got sick, she could have contracted it elsewhere. That's what the lawyer for the people who put on the wedding are going to argue if she takes them to court.
The story isn't clear about exactly when the she left, but if she didn't leave immediately when she heard the groom had tested positive, they'll also argue that she knowingly took the risk of getting infected.
