3. It is irregular to install Supreme Court justices that the Bar deems unqualified.

It is irregular to install a Supreme Court Justice during an election after touting it unethical for the prior administration to do so many months before an election.

It is irregular to dismiss any evidence and/or witnesses during an impeachment trial of an obviously guilty pResident.

Everything this Senate, it's leader, the pResident, his appointees have done is irregular.

Please tell me one procedure that's followed normal precedent.
