That I had some difficulty with in my teenage years, at that time they included identified "fags" on their kill lists that included my name. There was a major arrest involving confiscation of a lot of weapons along with plans they had scribbled out in poor grammar and spelling, but enough evidence to put many of the worst idiots I grew up with in a small midwestern town for a long, long time. Apparently their kill lists included some prominent names at that time, now nearly 50 years ago. I don't know exactly what they got arrested for, but I suspect it was a murder that hit the local papers, victim was no one I knew. I got pulled from classes for some questioning about my interactions with a couple of them. I told the police everything I knew.
Those prickheads were not only some of the most disruptive pupils in the entire school when they bothered to attend, astonishingly stupid examples of Dunning-Kruger poster children, but they truly convinced they were god's mercenaries.
I had considerable therapy about a layer cake of PTSD issues from those days, between some of those idiots and the long arm of Westboro Baptists, my parent's could not have done much worse picking a "quiet little town" to move me to.
How... just exactly how... any reasonable "conservative" can hear Trump mealy-mouth that "stand back and stand by", ahem.... denouncement of white supremacists and still think their vote even remotely "makes 'Murica grate agin" never ceases to astound.
