I would not go pass Paul Ryan's first lie.
I would use my time period even if the second round started
to clearly point out the previous Ryan misrepresentation and would
stay on the topic till I was satisfied that everyone in the audience
understood the fabrication.
I would ignore the moderator by stating that I can not allow
miss information about my president which occurred in the 1st debate.
"Rep Ryan lets agree that your position is this and our position is this.
If he can't get Ryan to agree to this, then he shouldn't go on.
Biden should not get into the sand box with Ryan under any circumstances.

Ryan loves to play in the mud more than Romney!
