5 Minute Cilantro Avocado Dressing – made with easy ingredients like cilantro, avocado, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lime juice.

SCALE1x2x3xINGREDIENTS

for the cilantro dressing:half an avocado1/4 cup Greek yogurt1/2 cup water (more as needed to adjust consistency)1 cup cilantro leaves and stems1 small clove of garlic1/2 teaspoon salta squeeze of lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Voila!
