1. A loose cannon. GOP doesn't bother with voter fraud; it only does election fraud.

Mr. Bartman was guilty of listening to what his party says instead of paying attention to what it does. GOP prefers to slice and dice the electorate in order to choose large swaths to disenfranchise and thereby choose their voters. GOP is also suspiciously happy with RW-owned electronic voting machine companies and positively frantic about mail-in, paper ballots.
