8. The patting appears to be a repetitive behavior

that could be a symptom of OCD. I've noticed him doing that in several video clips. I first noticed it when he patted the railing of the steps when he was taking the helo to Walter Reed for coronavirus hospitalization. He did it again when he climbed the steps to the White House when he returned and had that weird balcony wannabe King or dictator moment. I saw it again when he was leaving the podium after some speech.

Something is going on with that behavior. How new it is, I don't know because I rarely watch him. I do know the first time I noticed it because it appeared to be an obsessive compulsive type behavior.
