doing everything he can to stink out the house, throwing roadblocks in front of the current Congress and even more for the incoming Biden administration. It's pure vengeance - he's gonna' screw over anybody and everybody that he's ever hated and those that have refused to go out on that limb one more time to protect his sorry A$$!
