⚖️BREAKING: Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Tex.) has asked for an aggressive timetable in his far-fetched lawsuit against VP Pence to overturn Biden's win
The request comes after Pence's DOJ attorney Christopher Healy said Pence/his legal team have not yet decided on VP's legal position

⚖️Gohmert is asking Judge Jeremy Kernodle, a Trump-appt'd judge in Texas, to order:
• VP's response due by 6pm EST Wed
• Plaintiff reply by 10am Thurs
• Hearing on Thurs
• Ruling by Mon, 1/4
Suit asks ct to find that Pence is authorized to pick pro-Trump electors on Jan. 6
