3. Thanks and good luck to your resort area, I hope that they overcome the CV difficulties...

In my neck of the woods, the Ozarks, Missouri, we rent mobile homes for fly fishing/fishing tourists, floating the river, hunting, etc. and as you can imagine, the live in population down there in such a region is sparse and any job takers would have to drive substantial distances. We've always had issues trying to locate cleaning and/or other services (after guests leave). This has been a problem in really getting anything done down there, my Mom and Dad had big issues in trying to get help for their home (cleaning, lawn services, etc.).

And what's so funny about this is that the Lake of the Ozarks (remember where they had their insane gatherings earlier in 2020?), is just about 40-45 miles to the NW of us. Branson, MO is about 70+- miles to the SW roughly of us. In the middle of Nowhere, Missouri.
Pretty terrain and such, nice neighbors and such, but hard to get things done.
