Orthodox wealth off limits

The Greek Orthodox church which holds €70,000,000,000 in real estate and whose clergy are paid by the state is refusing to divest itself of any property during this time of economic trouble, reports France 24. Although the largest land owner in the country, the Orthodox church pays no taxes.
