10. The Problem Is That Many Republican Members of Congress Actively Supported the Insurrectionists

You have 100 GOP House Members, Plus a Republican Majority in the Senate who are actively catering to the insurrectionists with the false claims of election fraud. The Capital Police are not going to crack down on folks who are being actively encouraged to create a scene by most Republican members of the Congress.
