The Republicans definitely got a significantly higher percentage of votes on Nov 3rd in the Warnock race. (If my memory serves me.)

Ironically, if there was no runoff system, Republicans probably would have won both seats. But many years ago they created the runoff system to sabotage the chances of black candidates in their elections. That didn't work this time, thank goodness.
