Should I / can I report a private (non-DU) forum for inciting insurrection? [View all]

About 15 years ago I signed up for a lifetime paid private forum with a number of sub-forums. The fee was a one time nominal fee. One was a political sub forum. Over the years the political forum has degenerated into the absolute worst of MAGAts. Saying anything to the owner is an utter waste of time, since he is a MAGAt and bans people at the drop of a hat. Once banned you can not even view the forum. No one on the outside even knows it exists. It is a not a TOR based forum.

After today I want to go after these bastards. Not only do posters advocate insurrection, their views are the worst racist filth imaginable. So I am not just thinking of reporting to the Federal Government but the SPLC and others. I do not want to just go after the wealthy owner, but after a number of members.

I will not publicly post the name of the owner or forum.

What should I do?
