Of course he accepts his defeat. His incitement of a coup occurs WHILE he is planning his departure. He KNOWS that he's defeated. He's inciting a coup to REVERSE the election, given that the election ALREADY tells him the truth.

Were he in complete fantasy, he'd deny that the election was controversial at all, and that the official numbers pointed to his victory. That's the logic of psychosis. HE HAS ACCEPTED DEFEAT. He's trying to reverse the defeat, knowing that defeat is a fact. He's NOT psychotic. He's a criminal sociopath.
