Sen Toomey gave a great pre-buttle while the Senate was waiting for the House to finish up AZ. Kudos to him.

Hawley's not even going to use his 5 mins, so the Senate will go straight to vote. Since the 2 hrs in the House are divided evenly, it shouldn't take more than an hour for them.
