Costa Mesa Mayor Proposes To Shut Down Soup Kitchens To Deal With Homeless Problem

11. Anyone know, is he a Repuke?

He certainly would seem to be a Repuke...and if you take into account these two concepts:

Point 1 - Shut down the "Soup Kitchens" and drive these free loading / homeless types out of our city limits.

and

Point 2 - My GAWD! UNEMPLOYMENT! This Socialist Kenyan President has left MILLIONS of AMERICANS unemployed!!!!!

...would equal they usual Repuke whiplash / hypocrisy.
