49. She was talking place in a riot that infiltrated the halls of Congress

She was with around a dozen other protesters, trying to force her way through a barricaded door, into an area that members of Congress, perhaps even Pence, had been evacuated to.

This was an act of domestic terrorism, and it was dealt with in 1 kill shot. You'll notice that no one else tried to force their way in after that.

It is regrettable that a life had to be lost, but sometimes the lethal use of force is justified. This was one of those times.
