12. Back in the late '80s I visited DC.

Of course, the Capitol was on my sightseeing list. There was a long line out front of other tourists, and I will never forget the Capitol Police walking around, up and down, yelling at people for no good reason — young, old, kids, families...we almost had to stand stock-still or risk getting cops in our faces. They were aggressive, and I remember being very intimidated, because I couldn’t understand why they had such bad attitudes.

Joe Scarborough told a similar story about how they would yell if you stepped off a curb before the light changed.

So what happened yesterday? They aided and abetted this. Bottom line.
