12. Why? Trump's been planning his coup attempt since election day

He replaced a number of long-serving Pentagon officials with his lackeys since mid-November. He knew he had no credible way of overturning the election in the courts, so he went the traditional dictator way. Luckily for us (so far) he and his flunkies aren't all that competent. I shudder to think of what would have happened if they were.
