look at the expression on the attacker's face in the one second between when she attempts to steal the woman's phone, and when the victim defends herself. her mouth is half open and you can tell she is smiling.... that look just says to me "yeah bitch, what are you going to do about it?" Then she got her face rearranged. she earned it! glad her daughter doxxed her.
