to play games over.
The Rethugs are going to try and destroy every level, from top to bottom, of the Biden presidency. They want to make the situation under him as worse as possible so they can ride a Red Wave in 2022 to take back both the House and the Senate. I am already think that IF they take the House back, they will instantly impeach Biden as soon as they can. we are quickly spiralling down the drain into an unsustainable level of hyper partisanship. I cannot see a Dem POTUS's SCOTUS nominee ever again even getting a vote in a Rethug-controlled Senate. They will block as long as it takes, even if it takes all 8 years or so.

Make it into two bills. Manchin can vote against the $2,000 but some Republicans would support that
