What location should those who were at the 1/6/21 march, be charged?

If they listen to Trump and went back home right then, I feel they came to sense and should heed this as a "warning".

If they put a foot towards the Capitol and moved a foot towards it, "insurrection" should be the charge. They formed an Army and as a movement, they were all of one. Kinda like a old civil war battle, they marched and their strength as a formation of one forced the entry into the Capitol.

Insurrection Act of 1807 "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."


Now comes the controversial part.

Should all who March onto the Capitol be charged for Insurrection or Treason?

I believe all get charged for insurrection, but those that actually entered the prohibited Capital grounds should be charged with BOTH Insurrection and Treason.

Why? Those laptops with national security information were stolen and they were part of the group that helped to make that happened. Again, " a movement of One"
