The Reich is just trying the flambé numbers to make it look better for them.
Just because 74 million Republicans voted for the "loser," does not automatically mean ALL Republicans think the election was "stolen."

Reuters, on Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll, mid-Nov:

Altogether, 73% of (Republicans) polled agreed that Biden won the election while 5% thought Trump won.

So that 74-million is actually (a still outrageous) 54-million.

54-million, plus the 81-million votes cast for Biden = 135 million Americans, or 87% of all voting Americans, think Biden won.
