Again, were talking about calling Lindsey Graham Lady G, not any random gay or trans person. K? One guy.
If I called Lindsey Graham by his name versus Lady G in front of my gay friends, who will only refer to graham as Lady G, they would look at me like I was nuts. They much prefer Lady G...He has not deserved the courtesy of using his given name as far as they (and I) are concerned.
We are conflating calling a single man a nickname given to him by the community he hurts with carte Blanche calling random or anonymous gay/trans Lady.
