The ne Q congress critter's husband exposes himself to a minor and a 20 year old.

What ticks me off, just as much? The girls told the owner what he did and instead of calling the cops immediately, he gave him the opportunity to leave, scot free. It wasn't until he became belligerent to the owner that the cops were called.
