too bad. Treason, attempted murder? Sorry, no returns, no discards until 2022. U.S. congressmen are elected to FEDERAL office, and the constitution does not provide that relief.
House leadership could refuse to allow insurrectionists to caucus, and they could finish their terms in prison, but I presume they'd continue to be paid until those ran.
I didn't know this until now. Shocking. Seriously. Many, but far from all, states allow recall of state and local reps.
