"Where Humans Are Caged And Donald Runs Wild!"
Or something like this, with a giant Donald greeting visitors (and billboards every 25 miles)...
(I know, it's in South Carolina, but i'm talking concept, here.)
Attractions: The DonaldCoaster, the only ride that is open for all, but not QUITE finished (like his wall). The DonaldTower, the highest structure in Palm Beach county (but the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor). And, of course, the Hall of the Greatest President, which only has one audioanimatronic figure which is unique in that the speaker for the voice is located in its butt.
I think Ross Allen's Reptile Institute in Ocala might be available for development. it already had a reputation for snakes.
