But I don't think he'll be with us much longer. He's too much of a national security risk. Biden is going to have a very existential decision to make about Trump.

Does he get some of the post-presidential privileges typically extended?

Does he get to continue to exist freely? Should Trump be imprisoned? Has he lost the right to live free? He could easily be charged with attempting to overthrow the government (I'm sure there is a more sophisticated legal term). Seriously, at 12:01 PM he should be taken into custody. As Commander and Chief could he face court martial? Or would it just be a federal indictment?
